GPS Waypoints Navigator Privacy Policy

GPS Waypoints Navigator is a navigation application that allows you to navigate anywhere on the planet, with or without an internet connection.  As such, the application requires access to your location in order to make the necessary calculations that are used to support the application’s core navigation functions. Disciple Skies Software values your privacy. This document is provided to explain how we use location information accessed by the application and how the application handles access to parts of your device’s file system.

Disciple Skies Software does not collect, store or transmit your location information and uses your location information only within the context of the application for navigation purposes only.  

The application will also have access to parts of your device’s file system.  The file system is accessed only to store and retrieve maps, waypoint photographs and location and track data in the form of GPX, KML and KMZ files and is not used for any other purpose.  Files accessed by the application are not shared with Disciple Skies Software or any other party with the exception of GPS, KML and KMZ files that may be shared by you using the application’s file sharing features.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.  We will notify you of any changes to the policy by posting a message in this application.  These changes are effective immediately after the message is posted.
